Planned outage for F-1, C-1, C-3 and C-4 systems - -

Brief outage for planned maintenance. Financial Affairs reporting, Campaign registration systems will be unavailable. Users of ORCA (Online Reporting of Campaign Activity) and third-party campaign finance software will be unable to file C-3 and C-4 reports.

Outage for C-3 and C-4 filers - -

Weekend-long outage for planned maintenance begins Friday evening Nov. 13. We anticipate system will be back up Monday Nov. 16 at 7 a.m. This outage will affect campaign finance reports; candidates and committees will be unable to file C-3s and C-4s.

Campaign registration and financial affairs systems outage - -

Filers were unable to login to manage campaign registrations and financial affairs statements for a period of about three minutes while WaTech performed unscheduled maintenance.

Lobbyist reporting system outage - -

A vendor that supports the PDC lobbyist filing system reported a problem that prevented use of accesshub.pdc.wa.gov for about 15 minutes this morning. The vendor has deployed a fix, and the system is working again. 

Outage for new campaigns filing registration for first time - -

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved.

PDC staff have discovered a bug that prevents campaign officials who have never previously filed a candidate or political committee registration with the PDC from creating a new registration. Work is underway to correct the problem.

This issue does not affect the ability of established campaigns to amend their registrations, nor does it prevent filers that have previously used the Apollo campaign registration system from submitting a registration for a new committee or candidate.

Lobbying filing system experiencing issue on Chrome - -

The lobbyist/lobbyist employer electronic application is currently experiencing problems for users of Google Chrome due to a recent update. We are working to release a patch which should correct the error. In the meantime, filers may use Edge, Safari or Firefox as the browser to access the application.

PDC office closed to public: staff are working remotely -

The Public Disclosure Commission temporarily closed its office on Monday, March 16, to protect the health of its employees and the public.

Outage of F-1, campaign registration systems - -

The PDC's electronic filing applications for financial affairs disclosures (F-1s) and registration of candidates and political committees will be briefly unavailable Wednesday, March 18, while the agency performs system maintenance. 

F-1 Reporting System Unavailable - -

The Financial Affairs Disclosure (F-1) system will be unavailable during the migration to a new electronic filing application. The new system, scheduled to go live Jan. 2, will guide step-by-step through the reporting, using a series of questions, drop-down menus and other features. It's designed to simplify the user experience, prevent errors and answer questions about who must file and when.

UPDATE: Service has been restored as of 4:25 p.m. Reports that were due today will not be considered late until after Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Original message: PDC is experiencing outages in the Online Reporting of Campaign Activity (ORCA), independent expenditure and electioneering communications (C-6) reporting, personal financial affairs (F-1) disclosure and public agency lobbying (L-5) systems. Technicians are working to resolve the problem. We do not currently have an estimate for when service will be restored, but will post an update in the next hour.
