Lobbyist filing system outage - -

The PDC's lobbyist filing system experienced a brief outage. The issue has been resolved.

Scheduled Secure Access Washington (SAW) outage - -

On Jan. 21, between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be down for scheduled maintenance. 

SAW provides single sign-on logins for the PDC's online filing systems. During that hour, users will not be able to log in to those online applications.

Filing system outage - -

The PDC's online lobbyist monthly reporting system (L-2) experienced an outage from 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5. 

The outage has been resolved.

Filing system outage - -

From 1:02 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. on Oct. 28 the PDC's electronic filing systems experienced an outage. The problem has been resolved.

Secure Access Washington (SAW) planned outage - -

Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be offline for maintenance for approximately 15 minutes before 6 a.m. on June 4, 2024. 

Filers will not be able to use SAW to log in to PDC filing systems during that window. 

Secure Access Washington (SAW) planned outage - -

Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be offline for maintenance for approximately 15 minutes at around 7:30 p.m. on May 28, 2024. 

Filers will not be able to use SAW to log in to PDC filing systems during that window. 

Secure Access Washington (SAW) planned outage - -

Secure Access Washington (SAW) will be offline for maintenance for approximately 45 minutes between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on May 21, 2024. 

Filers will not be able to use SAW to log in to PDC filing systems during that window. 

Filing system outage - -

The Public Disclosure Commission's filing systems for public agency lobbying reporting (L-5) and independent expenditure and electioneering communication reporting (C-6) are currently experiencing an outage. 

Filing deadlines are extended to the following business day for any unscheduled outage lasting 15 minutes or more, or any scheduled outage of 30 minutes or more.

Scheduled Secure Access Washington (SAW) outage - -

There will be a planned, approximately 45-minute outage for Secure Access Washington (SAW) between 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 19. Filers will be unable to access the PDC's electronic filing systems during this time.
