Description
At a brief enforcement hearing (brief adjudicative proceeding) held on October 21, 2020, the Presiding Officer found Michelle Jasmer (the "Respondent") to be in violation of RCW 42.17A.205 & .700 for failure to file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) and Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of declaring candidacy or by June 1, 2020. The Respondent was assessed a civil penalty of $500 and ordered to file the missing reports within 30 days of the date of the Order, which was entered on November 25, 2020.
The PDC received the Respondent's C-1 report and F-1 report covering 2019 financial activity on December 7, 2020.
At an enforcement hearing held on January 28, 2021, the full Commission 1) granted the Respondent's request to reconsider the Order issued October 21, 2020; and 2) affirmed the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and $500 civil penalty assessed at the October 21, 2020 hearing.
