As part of the Public Disclosure Commission’s ongoing work to update its online filing systems, the PDC will launch a new lobbyist monthly report (L-2) filing system on Oct. 30. 

The updated system will completely replace the previous monthly reporting system. (For now, the way lobbyists submit and update their registrations will NOT change.)

Lobbyists using the new reporting system will notice some changes. While rules and laws regarding what lobbyists must disclose are the same, the new system has reorganized some questions, or asks for data in new ways. The changes are intended to improve usability of the system for lobbyists and disclosure for the public. 

Drafts created in the existing system will not be migrated to the new system. If you have any saved drafts for previous months, you should finish and submit those before the changeover. 

As we get closer to the launch date of Oct. 30, the PDC will send out more information and instructions for the new lobbyist monthly report filing system.
