Felton, a former elected official for School Director for Pioneer School District 402, was found to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement covering calendar year 2020 and due no later than April 15, 2021, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on July 15, 2021, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $250. The respondent is requesting a review of the Order by the Full Commission.

Fey, an elected official for Hospital Commissioner for Whidbey Island Hospital District, was found to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement covering calendar year 2020 and due no later than April 15, 2021, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on July 15, 2021, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $250. The respondent is requesting a review of the Order by the Full Commission.
- PDC Case 94053 – Charles (Rick) Hughes, a former elected official for County Council for San Juan County, was found to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement covering calendar year 2020 and due no later than April 15, 2021, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on July 15, 2021, where an Order imposing a civil penalty of $150. The respondent is requesting a review of the Order by the Full Commission.
