Group Enforcement Hearings (Lobbyist L-2 Reports) - Presented by Jordan Campbell, Ian Spencer and Tabitha Townsend, Compliance Coordinators.
The PDC is conducting brief enforcement hearings alleging that 2022 Registered Lobbyists violated RCW 42.17A.615 by failing to timely disclose monthly lobbyist activities on L2 reports for calendar year 2022.
PDC Case 110311 regarding Elle Nguyen – Presented by Erick Agina, Compliance Officer
PDC staff alleges that Elle Nguyen, a 2022 candidate for State Representative, violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately file Cash Receipts Monetary Contributions (C-3) and Summary, Full Report Receipts and Expenditures (C-4) reports, disclosing contributions and expenditures undertaken by her campaign, as required for candidates registered under the “Full Reporting” option.
